Getting Started
What do I need to get started?
To run NetExchange Pro™ you need an IBM-compatible PC with a minimum of:
  • A 486/66 MHz processor or higher
  • Windows® 3.1, Windows® 95 or Windows® NT
  • 8 MB of RAM or higher
  • A 28.8 baud modem or higher
  • An Internet Service Provider (ISP)
  • An Internet Browser. NetExchange Pro™ is built to be fully compatible with Netscape Navigator™ (versions 3.0 and higher) and Microsoft® Internet Explorer (versions 3.0 and higher).

Internet Access
Procedures for establishing Internet connections vary; however, these steps must be completed in order to access NetExchange™ Pro:
  • Establish a connection with your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
  • Open your Internet browser.
  • Type the URL address of www.netxpro.com.

Logging In
In order to login, your firm will provide you with a user ID and password. If you are an existing Pershing customer, you may use your current BrokerView ID and password. To begin using NetExchange™ Pro:
  • Click on the word Login in the upper left corner of your screen.
  • Type your ID in the box labeled ID.
  • Type your password in the box labeled Password.
  • Click on the button labeled Sign On.
Note! Your broker/dealer must subscribe to NetExchange™ Pro in order for you to access the services contained here within.

Online help is available for most NetExchange™ Pro functionality. Simply click on the word Help on the Home page once you login for details and explanations of the screen.
