You may have received this error message due to any of the following:
1. The ID you have entered is not a valid ID (Note: If your ID was created today by a
your home office, you will have to wait ONE day before accessing NetExchange Pro as
this information will update during an overnight batch process).
2. The ID that you have entered has no accounts authorized based on the login ID (Note: If you
are currently not authorized to view any accounts, you will NOT be able to login to
NetExchange Pro. You must have at least one account associated with your login
ID).
