You must be on the same browser and the same computer on which
you originally created the Quote Track(s). Often people leave their
browsers up all day and try to access their Tracks the next day. When
a browser has not been properly exited, the "cookie" file from Net
Exchange Pro may not have been properly saved.
Other reasons why a user may lose his or her Quote Tracks include:
accidentally deleting the cookies.txt file, reinstating the operating system or deleting files from the hard drive. Also, there are products on the market which, upon PC startup, will automatically "clean" your hard drive of certain files which include cookies, Active X controls, plug-ins and some temporary files. If utilized, this may delete your cookies.txt file, hence deleting your Quote Tracks.
